All intellectual property rights in RESPONSIBLE AI FUTURE FOUNDATIONʼs content, input data, models, software, trademarks, and materials remain the sole property of RESPONSIBLE AI FUTURE FOUNDATION or licensors. No ownership transfer occurs. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercialization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. RESPONSIBLE AI FUTURE FOUNDATION AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR AI OUTPUTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF RESPONSIBLE AI FUTURE FOUNDATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE USER FOR ACCESS DURING THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS PREVAIL.
11. Indemnification
USERS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RESPONSIBLE AI FUTURE FOUNDATION FROM ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) ARISING FROM MISUSE OF SERVICES, VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, OR INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS.
12. Suspension and Termination
RESPONSIBLE AI FUTURE FOUNDATION may suspend or terminate access without notice for its convenience use of the Services.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Abu Dhabi courts.
